About Donald
Mr. Marino's experience includes litigating matters involving civil rights, housing and code enforcement, labor and employment, and white-collar criminal issues. He also has experience handling general litigation matters.
Mr. Marino has served as lead counsel for significant litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Dilworth, he was the Chair of the Litigation Group for the City Solicitor's Office. In this role, Mr. Marino was responsible for all litigation matters in the city's Law Department.
Mr. Marino began his career as an assistant district attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's office. During his time at the District Attorney's office, Mr. Marino served as Chief of the Major Trial Division.
