During his career he has represented more than 4,500 clients charged with serious felonies and misdemeanors in Northern Virginia. Bernard Crane graduated from George Washington University with a triple major in Criminal Justice, Sociology and Dramatic Art. He earned his JD degree from The Catholic University's Columbus School of Law, in Washington, DC. He has been practicing criminal and business law in Washington DC and the surrounding areas since 1985.

Carlos has extensive experience in Virginia courts including representation of clients before the Virginia Supreme Court. In addition to representing clients from throughout Northern Virginia, Carlos is one of the few attorneys in the area who has been chosen to represent police officers by the Police Benevolent Association.
