About Joseph
Mr. Durante is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, receiving his B.A. in 1986. He received his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in 1989. As an undergraduate, he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha political science honor society. While attending McGeorge he was a Moot Court Best Oral Advocate finalist and a judicial intern with the Sacramento Superior Court.
Mr. Durante has over 25 years of civil litigation and personal injury experience. While initially practicing in the Los Angeles area, he relocated to the Central Valley in 1995 and opened his own practice in 2005.
Mr. Durante is licensed to practice in all of the state courts in California, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is currently a member of the State Bar of California and Tulare County Bar Association. His areas of concentration are in personal injury, insurance, and business-related matters.
