GOUDEAU v DENTAL HEALTH SERVICES INC
Attorney in an Appeals case in which a dental assistant who was suing a former employer for her termination. Because of some changes to testimony of a witness by said attorney, the testimony was not able to be used at trial. Said Plaintiff appealed this decision but it was affirmed.
