About Benjamin
Ben Echols received his Juris Doctorate at Western State University College of Law at Fullerton. He also received a bachelor of arts degree at Brigham Young University and a master of arts degree at University of California at Riverside.
Mr. Echols has practiced criminal law and Bankruptcy since 1993. Before becoming a lawyer he was a teacher and a court interpreter with San Bernardino County for 12 years. His experience as an interpreter included working closely with both the District Attorney's and the Public Defender's Office. As an interpreter, he interpretered more than 100 jury trials.
Because of his experience as an interpreter, the Judges appointed him immediately to felony cases. His first 5 cases resulted in either a hung jury or acquittal. He has tried dozens of jury trials in the past 17 years.
His office is known for outstanding ethic and work in both Criminal Defense and Bankruptcy.
