Prior to attending law school, he worked for global companies including BMW, Lexus, and the Penske Automotive Group, where he earned national recognition in sales and sales management. An entrepreneur at heart, Ed also worked for several start-ups, two of which were later acquired by Symantec and Google. This background affords him the knowledge and insight to help commercial clients with litigation involving breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, and other civil litigation matters.
During law school, Ed earned the American Jurisprudence awards in Business Planning, Workers’ Compensation, Negotiation, and Advanced Mediation, and an Area of Concentration award, with honors, in Labor and Employment law. He was also recognized with the Andrea L. Johnson Business Law Award and the Advanced Mediation Award. Additionally, Ed served as an extern for the Honorable Peter C. Lewis, a Federal Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of California, and has graduated from the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.
