Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
We took on a diminished value case for a busy executive, who also happens to be a mother of three. Most attorneys who handle auto accident cases dismiss diminished value altogether, because to do not have the time or experience to handle the technical aspects of the case.
How did you build a successful practice?
Our firm focuses on customer service and careful selection of cases we choose to work on. We do not do high volume. We interview every client and thoroughly examine all documentation prior to signing on for a case, to ensure that we are able to do the best job for our clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Most importantly, whether the lawyer actually cares about you and your case. Most high volume practices see clients as just a number. We want to help the individual.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Very important. Local experts are the key to resolving many of our cases.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
We can assess whether we see a valuable legal claim that is worth pursuing. If we are unable to help with the matter, we can provide referrals to other specialists or ideas on how to proceed. We do not charge for consultations, ever.

Tell us what happened! That's it! Most importantly, we need to hear from the person directly involved with the most information on the case.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
We focus on customer service and maintaining a smaller caseload, in order to effectively assist our clients with their matters.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Helping people get the most out of insurance benefits. Insurance should be something you can rely on. We want to make sure that happens.

Community events.

Yes. We regularly attend events in the Century City and Beverly Hills area involving local law enforcement agencies, non-profits, and general networking events.
