About Elizabeth
Elizabeth A. Geoffroy received her Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University in 1985 and received an academic scholarship to Emory University School of Law where she was awarded her Juris Doctor in 1988. She was has been a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia since 1988 and has been admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, United States District Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Beth served for ten years as a senior assistant public defender in Fulton County, defending indigent clients charged with serious felony offenses in the state's busiest court system. She handled thousands of cases, including many capital cases.
In her years in private practice she has represented clients in both criminal and civil cases throughout Georgia. Her early years of practice included representing clients in criminal cases ranging in severity from misdemeanor offenses to capital murder cases. She also provided representation to clients is civil matters including domestic and personal injury litigation throughout the state of Georgia. She has tried over 50 jury trials and has argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
In 2005 she began working with Ray Giudice to provide the best possible representation in criminal litigation and personal injury cases.
Ms. Geoffrey's current practice includes defense of individuals charged with crimes and representing injured victims in personal injury matters. She is a member of the Georgia Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, DeKalb County and North Fulton County Bar Associations.
Beth is married and has two daughters.
