About Johnny

I operate a solo practice in the Middle Tennessee area with a focus on real property issues, breach of contracts, and related litigation. I help in the formation of new corporations and negotiate complex contracts with other attorneys or legal representatives of major corporations. I have a probate practice that includes writing and administering Trusts, and ordinary to complex Will preparation and Estate administration.

I have participated in bench and jury trials from Memphis to Knoxville. My Appellate work includes several cases to the TN Court of Appeals, and on June 2, 2016 I had my first argument before the Tennessee Supreme Court, in the matter of "Bryant vs. Bryant".
I am licensed in all Tennessee State courts, and in the Federal Courts of Western and Middle Tennessee.
