Emily graduated cum laude from the Creighton University School of Law in 2008. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2005. In law school, Emily received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Insurance, Arbitration, Bioethics and the Law, and Oil and Gas Law. She received the G. Robert Muchemore Foundation Scholarship as well as the Dean's Academic Scholarship and was a Creighton University School of Law Best Brief Nominee.
Emily passed the Nebraska State Bar Exam in September 2008 and is an associate with the firm.
