About Eric
Eric Boustani has focused his practice on both real and intellectual property and heads the litigation section of Intellectual Property Practice Group at Terra Law. He has leveraged his technical background in the computer industry to help clients maximize the value of their intellectual property portfolios. His experience has been both in complicated copyright, trade secret, and trademark litigation as well as IP portfolio management, rights perfection, licensing, and technology sales. Mr. Boustani has extensive experience in Internet domain name disputes in trial and appellate courts as well as in ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) administrative proceedings. His transactional practice includes the negotiation and drafting of contracts including copyright, trademark, and patent licenses, technology acquisition agreements, domain name transfers, and service contracts. Mr. Boustani also has significant experience handling real estate transactions including commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and development. Prior to joining Terra Law, Eric was a managing principal of Davis & Schroeder, an intellectual property boutique firm based in Monterey, California.
