After practicing law in Houston for several years, Eric moved to Austin in 1986. Eric's practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditor's rights, business litigation, banking, and securities litigation. He has been recognized in the Austin Business Journal's Best of the Bar 2003 (Civil Litigators), and also named in Texas Monthly magazine's "Texas Super Lawyers" as one of the Top 50 Central & West Texas Region Super Lawyers in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, as well as one of the Texas Top 100 Super Lawyers in 2007, and recognized as a Top Litigation Commercial Lawyer for 2006 by The American Lawyer.
