About Eric
Since 2007, Eric Palmer has effectively represented clients involved in Minnesota car accidents and other injurious situations. Before joining Meshbesher & Spence, Eric Palmer owned and operated a family-run law firm, Palmer Law Firm, with his father, Ralph Palmer. Eric began his work in the field of personal injury at age of 16. Throughout his schooling at Roseville Area High School (2000), St. Olaf College (2004) and the University of St. Thomas School of Law (2007) and thereafter in his active and growing practice of law, Eric’s compassion to assist injured individuals has continued to swell. It is this compassion that has driven his ongoing commitment to tirelessly serve his clients throughout the entire claims process.
With the assistance of his experienced staff, Eric represents people that have been injured in Minnesota car accidents, Minnesota drunk driving accidents, Minnesota trucking accidents, Minnesota motorcycle accidents, Minnesota boating accidents, daycare abuse and neglect, and sexual assault. Eric also regularly pursues contested claims for Minnesota No Fault Benefits against automobile insurance companies through arbitration. Additionally, Eric has successfully pursued claims against bars and restaurants that have negligently over-served alcohol to drunk drivers and minors. Eric has represented individuals that have suffered severe injuries, including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic fracture, burns and scarring. Eric has also assisted families that have lost loved ones in tragedy.
Throughout Minnesota, Eric has assisted his clients in obtaining fair compensation for their injuries by way of processing settlements, obtaining arbitration awards, and effectuating jury verdicts. Eric is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice. Eric regularly engages with the law students at the University of St. Thomas though his participation in the Mentor Externship and his coaching of students in the Negotiations course.
Outside of practicing law, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Carli, and their young child. Eric and his family attend Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Minneapolis.
