Ethan Chin | Anaheim Bankruptcy & Debt Lawyer

Mr. Chin is the founding attorney of Ethan Chin Law.  He is married with two children and understands family is the most important thing in the world. Thus, he has decided to dedicate his services to helping families navigate through their legal issues with a caring touch.  After graduating from the University of California, Irvine in 2005, Mr. Chin noticed that finding the right legal service was difficult.  The attorneys that he spoke with were either too expensive or were difficult to reach.  Many attorneys will speak with you once and hand you over to their assistants.  Mr. Chin did not think that a legal service should be that way.  Mr. Chin believes that attorneys should answer their own calls and constantly stay in contact with their clients.  Therefore, Mr. Chin decided to attend law school to provide caring and low-cost legal services to the people.  All our consultations are free and Mr. Chin can be reached six days a week.                                                                  

In law school, Mr. Chin instructed bankruptcy information classes to the local public because many families were suffering from the great recession and he wanted to do his part and help.  Mr. Chin also volunteered his services as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert Kwan at the US Federal Bankruptcy court in Santa Ana.  At the court, Mr. Chin was responsible for reviewing cases and determining whether or not a case was properly filed.  At the court, Mr. Chin saw how bankruptcy can be a fresh start for many families.  Throughout the years, Mr. Chin has successfully helped hundreds of families navigate their journey through bankruptcy and get a fresh start.                                                        

Being from an immigrant family, Mr. Chin knows how important the immigration process is to have a future in this great country.  After graduating from law school, Mr. Chin worked at a local immigration firm and helped families obtain their visas and their permanent residency.  During the weekends, he volunteered his services to help out families with their US citizenship applications.                                                

In his free time, Mr. Chin loves to spend time with his family, either going to the local attractions like Disneyland or watching his favorite teams the Los Angeles Lakers and the Anaheim Angels.
