Appellant in a breach of contract case against a company (owned by Defendant) that contracted with the Appellant's father and various businesses owned by the Appellant and siblings. The original Trial Court dismissed, ruling that said Appellants were not real parties in interest and that an undisclosed principal may not enforce a personal services contract. The higher Court found that this ruling was in error in regards to not considering certain parties as ""real parties"", however said Court affirmed the trial court's summary judgment dismissal of the Kim Children's breach of contract claims regarding the 2001 architectural services contract.
