About Eugene
Eugene Parrs manages the tax, estate planning, and corporate matters for the firm. Mr. Parrs, who has more than 30 years experience, practiced for many years in Rochester, New York, where he was the senior tax partner in a large firm. In 1993, he began his own practice and, in 1998, established the firm of Parrs & Perotto, LLP.
