He has defended clients charged in state and federal courts in cases ranging from petty offenses to first-degree murder death penalty cases. He has represented clients in hundreds of administrative hearings including issues of: unemployment benefit, unemployment benefit appeals, workers’ compensation, DMV license discipline, professional licensure discipline, and student misconduct. Additionally, Lee is an adjunct professor teaching law at Colorado State University. He has been teaching law at Colorado State University, University of Northern Colorado, and Front Range Community College since 1995.
