About Everette

Everette H. Babb, Attorney at Law, has practiced law in the upstate since 1971 developing a strong concentration in real property. Everette moved to Greenville from North Carolina in 1971. He received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from University of South Carolina. He opened his own practice in 1975 and formed the firm of Babb & Brown, PC. in 1996. Everette has served the community in a number of ways, including PTA President, Golden Strip Civitan President, Mauldin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Mauldin High School Education Foundation and Mauldin High Citizens Advisory Chairman. Everette is a member of the Mauldin United Methodist Church where he has served on the Board of Trustees and as Chairman of the Administrative Board. Everette has 35 years of experience in real estate law and has developed one of Greenville's leading real estate closing firms. He has been a member of the Greater Greenville Mortgage Bankers, Associate Member of the Greenville Board of Real Estate, Associate Member of the Home Builders Association, a member of the Mauldin and Greenville Chamber of Commerces, the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association and the Greenville County Bar Association. He has been chosen to speak as a panel member at real estate seminars conducted by the South Carolina State Bar and by Stewart Title.
