Carl G. Zoecklein, graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 1989, passed the New Jersey Bar in 1990 and became a licensed Attorney in the State of New Jersey. He has maintained his own law office as a solo practitioner since that time, having had offices at 688 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ; 642 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ; and 737 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ where his current practice has been located since 2002. He primarily focused upon Real Estate Closings- residential and commercial- to include purchases, sale and refinances. Today his practice has evolved to include DWI/DUI, Criminal, Municipal Court, Expungements, Divorce, Loan Modifications, Landlord Tenant, Civil Law, as well as the Real Estate Closings. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Carl G. Zoecklein, was continuously employed by the City of Clifton, New Jersey, as a Police Officer, from June 2, 1975 to April 30, 2002, in various assignments and ranks. While so employed, he attended many specialized law enforcement training courses which focused upon the enforcement of Narcotics Laws as well as other areas of investigation. In addition to classroom type education, he also received "hands on" type job experience and training while so employed by the City of Clifton while working with other police agencies to include: The New Jersey State Police Narcotic Units; The New Jersey Attorney Generals Office; The Passaic County Prosecutors Office Narcotic Task Force; The Bergen County Narcotic Task Force; The Essex County Prosecutor's Office Organized Crime Unit, The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Organized Crime Unit, The Passaic County Prosecutors' Office Organized Crime unit, The Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (D.E.A.); as well as local area narcotic units, to include primarily the Cities of Garfield, Paterson and Passaic.

Joseph Donatiello was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and received his J.D. in 2009 from Rutgers School of Law in Newark. Following law school, he served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph V. Isabella, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Hudson County Superior Court. ​ At the completion of his term as a judicial law clerk, Mr. Donatiello began a career in public service by working as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. During his time at the Bronx District Attorney's Office, Mr. Donatiello was assigned to the Criminal Court Bureau, where he gained invaluable experience with a variety of cases including Driving While Intoxicated, Assault, Harassment, Menacing, Driving While Suspended, Theft of Services, and Possession of Weapons and Drugs. He was responsible for prosecuting these cases from commencement through trial. ​ After leaving the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Donatiello returned to New Jersey and, in February 2014, he opened up his own firm in Nutley, New Jersey. Since then, Mr. Donatiello has frequently appeared in court representing defendants charged with criminal and traffic offenses in New Jersey Superior Court and Municipal Court, New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Suspension Hearings, as well as in New York Supreme and Criminal Court. ​ The clients he represents have been charged with a variety of offenses including Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances, Driving While Intoxicated, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Assault, Shoplifting, Criminal Mischief, Theft by Deception, Speeding, Driving While Suspended, and many other motor vehicle offenses. ​ Mr. Donatiello is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. ​ In February 2022, Mr. Donatiello was appointed the Public Defender for the Township of Nutley.

Taylor graduated from Rutgers Law School in Camden, NJ to complete her Juris Doctorate. She then went out to Hudson County Prosecutor, working in sex crimes, domestic violence and child abuse. She then expanded her skills and went on to practice family law and criminal defense. Its clear that Taylor has a love for the law, advocacy and justice. Taylor had always contributed to the world around her through volunteer work, activism, and engagement. Taylor loves music, and was in a rock band before law school. Taylor is the President of her Lake Community, where you’ll find her floating on the lake with friends, singing karaoke, playing co-ed softball (not well), or watching her step-son’s sports games and choir concerts.

Blair R. Zwillman has over 40 years of experience with the criminal justice system. After serving as a Law Clerk to Superior Court Judge Joseph M. Thuring in Hudson County, he became a Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Criminal Justice, a section of the New Jersey Attorney General's Office. There he prosecuted cases. In 1979, he left state service and began the private practice of criminal law, with his primary goal to assist and defend those charged with a crime. Mr. Zwillman is well regarded by his peers and is a frequent contributor to legal publications. He has successfully defended those charged with both white-collar crimes and all other crimes. His practice includes federal court matters nationwide, New Jersey state matters, public agency cases, and municipal case matters. He also handles licensing issues for doctors, dentists, and other professionals before state licensing boards.
