Cases
Trial counsel for individual sued for fraud related to execution of a guarantee. Obtained a favorable verdict from judge on fraud claim. Trial co-counsel for doctors suing former partners for the wrongful withholding of receivables. Obtained a favorable verdict from judge whereby doctors were awarded all relief requested including all attorneys’ fees. Trial counsel for aerospace company suing individual for failure to purchase products pursuant to an agreement. Obtained a favorable verdict from jury whereby company was awarded damages sought as well as attorneys’ fees. Represented both land owners and land developers in multiple lawsuits involving the recovery of mineral rights. Represented large shipping company for the recovery of funds embezzled by former employer. Represented heirs of an estate for lawsuit alleging the misuse of trust assets by the trustee. Trial co-counsel in boundary dispute related to over one hundred acres in Bosque County, Texas. Obtained a favorable verdict from jury whereby the jury agreed with our boundary line and client was awarded attorney’s fees.
