Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
We got a favorable settlement for a client who was wrongfully arrested. We brought Section 1983 claims against a town and won.
How did you build a successful practice?
We are still building a practice, but to build a practice successfully, you need to constantly innovate and make sure you are working with good, honest people.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Integrity, honesty and the willingness to work hard.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I support causes that help end homelessness and I worked for the Innocence Project for many years. We fight for the little guy.
Are you involved in your community?
Yes. I pick up used items, re-home them or sell them, and donate proceeds to causes that fight homelessness.
