About Felicia
Felicia attended LeTourneau University and graduated with a B.A. in History and Political Science in 1997. She received her J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, TX in May of 2002. While attending law school, Felicia was on the Dean's List and was a member of the Academic Honor's Society.
Felicia served as an Assistant District Attorney for Upshur County in 2003 and 2004. While there she was the chief prosecutor over the Misdemeanor trial division, represented Child Protective Services in civil suits, and served as the juvenile prosecutor handling all juvenile felony as well as misdemeanor cases. Felicia was an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Dallas from 2005-2007. She worked as a senior prosecutor for the Prosecution division enforcing all municipal ordinances and state laws. As a City Attorney, Felicia dealt with many different areas including zoning and land use ordinances, fire code violations, traffic, and criminal law. Felicia joined Boyle & Lowry, L.L.P. in April 2007.
