QUESTIONNAIRE
There is little question that I have helped a number of clients. I work well with other attorneys and mediators to resolve matters quickly, which helps keep costs down. For criminal clients, I know I help bring peace of mind to all of my clients.
How did you build a successful practice?The secret of my success is that I see the whole playing field. What I mean is, I try to understand both sides of the argument so that I can prepare and also work toward a solution that works for everyone.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?I believe local knowledge is critical to the success of my cases. Each judge and each court system has certain nuances that greatly influence the process of handling a client. I place great value on local knowledge.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?The most important thing I need to hear from a client is whether there is a date set for any court action. Such a date can alter my advice completely.
Are you involved in your community?When I was in the Jaycees, I served as legal counsel for the State of Michigan for three years and then legal counsel for the United States Jaycees. I keep active in my community by serving on various boards.
