Attorney David Webster and Attorney Samantha Lambert are two of the best lawyers I’ve ever met. They worked my case, kept me informed and up to date with everything going on. Their communication with me was constant. In the end, Attorney Samantha Lambert got my charges completely dismissed!!! I cannot stress this enough, if you are looking for a good lawyer in Seminole County or anywhere in Central Florida, do NOT hesitate to call the Law Office of David Webster and speak with him or Attorney Lambert.

I am giving these five stars to Samantha Lambert, our absolute savior in a very complicated criminal case. I would recommend any and everyone who needs legal defense to call David Webster’s office and ask for Ms. Lambert. From the very start, she made us feel reassured in our decision to switch firms from Corey Cohen (who was absolutely awful - money hungry, no urgency or care) to Webster Law. She did this by being personable, making us comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation, and caring for our family like it was her own. She dedicated so much time and research to helping us get the best possible outcome in a complicated case. A guilty verdict with no prison/jail time although the scoresheet called for about 36 months or so. Which is very rare and it gave our family the opportunity to be together. She found case law that Judge’s in Seminole County, as well as the State Prosecutors, were not aware of that helped our defense immensely. She got my partner out on bond in an absconding from probation case. All unheard of! Ms. Lambert was always responsive and took her time to explain and discuss every detail with our entire family. We owe everything to her and her passion for her clients. We can call her a friend and even family at this point.

Dave and his practice have always been great, however, I always dealt with Dave each time. He was always responsive and was great at communicating through the whole process. I’ve encountered other attorneys in the past and none have been as professional as Dave. Would definitely recommend to trust with your case.

Maybe good at other law. Didnt see that with this criminal case. It was gonna a challenge but....$50,000 for taking the case and $27,000 for trial with just a 1/3 of the $27,000 returned after being convinced the Trial may not be the best route. Chewing gum & rocking in his chair at sentencing. Barely spoke to the Judge, his assistant. Sam did his work for him. ( She needs her own practice, having her own legal firm would be successful.) I don't understand the 4 stars either. And yes....still got the 10yr sentence. Hhhmmmm. Don't believe all the hype. Do ur homework because you will be doing his work for him. Don't sign anything his request without someone else reading it also. Clarity was a huge issue here.
