it seems to me that attorneys this day and age just take your money and say just say guilty, it will be fine, but i charge $3000 up front then $2000 ok fine but you did crap. it seems to they are afraid to speak up to the judge, back when i was growing up the Attorneys were Better and actually help i did not even go to court this Layers LOL just take your money and make deals they don't FIGHT FIGHT

Save your money. She makes many bold statements regarding how it should go. Badmouthing the judge to me, not showing up after I've driven 700 miles one way ( twice). Her office workers are rude. One older woman hung up on me twice after she told me I wasn't very smart... Charming when they reference me by someone else's name. And final bill was nearly twice the retainer. Wow. And stop playing with your hair in court. I could tell the judge went easy on me because he felt sorry I had to deal with her. They have history, and not the good kind. Verdict was the same no matter what. They treated her like she didn't know how to deal with it and the attorney treated the court the same. How do I benefit from that? Her staff is rude as you can see by all the rude replies.

I am a family law attorney, and have worked cases with Elizabeth regularly. I have found her to be very knowledgeable, diligent, willing to work towards fair resolutions of cases, yet a worthy adversary in court. I highly recommend her as legal counsel.

Very rude I will never go back! She talked to me like I was stupid and was very rude. She could have told us we didn’t have a case and that would have been fine but to be rude and make us feel stupid was just wrong. We as people go to lawyers for help and law advice not to be schooled and told how stupid we are for not knowing the law.
