The entire staff at A.L. Jacobsen Funeral Home are extraordinary. Chris, Rich, and the rest of the staff were attentive, caring, compassionate, respectful and professional. When my father passed, Chris took my phone call and handled every minute detail from there. The staff at A.L. Jacobsen took the undescribably painful burden off of our shoulders. They transformed my father's passing into a beautiful, and memorable occasion that none of us will ever forget. Chris and his staff put my family at ease with their kind words and attention to every tiny detail. My father looked amazing. His mustache was just the way he would have trimmed it. He just looked amazing. Everything was just right, down to the placement of flowers. I never would have noticed, but one of the flower arrangements was sent back and replaced, because it wasn't up to their standards. Chris told me that he wanted everything to be just right... as if it were his own relative being viewed. Talk about compassion and attention to detail. During the procession to the cemetery, Chris stopped in front of my dad's house, placed a rose on his doorstep and said a small prayer. That beautiful gesture still brings tears to my eyes. At the cemetery, he spoke a few words about letting my dad's memory live on in each of us by always talking about him. He said to never stop talking about him, and his memory will carry on for generations. His memory will love on. Thank you so much, Chris. I just can't say enough about them. Chris, Rich and the rest of the staff are beautiful human beings, who will make one of the most painful moments in your life just a tiny bit easier. I highly recommend this funeral home.

They did everything to make the planning of my moms passing very stress free ..they guided us along the way and everyone that visited felt very comfortable ..Chris and Anthony were great the rest of the staff that was there to answer any questions we had ..I recommend this funeral home to anyone in need

AL Jacobsen Funeral has made everything smooth for my sisters and I. I worked with Chris and he is phenomenal he is very kind and compassionate. I did some shopping before my mother passed from cancer, Chris was very thorough and nice that there was no way I was going to go to another funeral home. A.L. Jacobsen We weren’t prepared the night my wife, Debbie, died and called A.L. Jacobsen at 4am based on excellent reviews. Anthony returned our call, explained their services and gave me a price range (they were the only Funeral Home with a price list). In tragedy, finding A.L. Jacobsen was to prove the best choice that we could have made. We met with Chris later that morning and he took as much time as our family required to answer our questions and address our needs. He guided us in the preparations for my wife’s viewing. In all ways that a Funeral Home might have anticipated and relieved our burden, A.L. Jacobsen’s staff did exactly that. They attended to every detail that made Debbie’s viewing an unforgettable and beautiful event that, though terribly sad, was also joyous and a fitting celebration of her life. Throughout, Chris, Anthony, Richard, Kevin and the Jacobsen staff were accommodating, flexible, professional, compassionate and responsive. I could have had no better partner in helping us say farewell to my beloved wife and our beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Every family member commented that they felt serene and fulfilled when we returned to the Funeral Home after the viewing. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation to A.L. Chris and the entire staff at Jacobsen were extremely kind and caring at a time that was very sad and stressful for me and my entire family. Chris really listened as we told him about my Mom’s personality and what her final wishes were and carried them out beautifully, never imposing his ideas or giving us something we didn’t want. He worked hard to ensure that our vision of my Mother’s final send off was just the way we envisioned it. Everything was done respectfully, with great attention to detail.
