I showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday & needed a SIM card for a loaner phone from a friend. The phone needed to do a lengthy update before being able to make a phone call to test the new SIM card. The customer care rep, Angie, insisted on waiting however long it took to make sure my new temp phone would work. She also went above and beyond to try to help me figure out ways to find my lost phone earlier in the day and then stayed after closing for 30 minutes to make sure my phone worked. That’s true customer service!! She will go places in this world. I hope AT&T recognizes her skills and rewards her. Customer service is a lost skill and Angie nailed it.

Terrific service from Angie and Jacob at this store! They were extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and spent all of the time that was needed to help me with several problems for which I needed assistance. I cannot recommend them enough!! It was a wonderful experience that could have been very difficult but instead was etremely pleasant!!
