I had the most awful closing experience. Our buyers used them as their closing attorney so we had little interaction other than the general information sheet I completed initially. When it came time to review the closing documents I realized they had neglected to include our mortgage payoff, even though they had received that information from me. Fortunately that was caught by me and corrected prior to closing. Then after closing, I sent my realtor to pick up the proceeds check to mail to us as we were no longer in town because closing was delayed a full week due to their errors. When he arrived he found out they were about to wire all of the proceeds to another lawyers office without my knowledge or verification. Fortunately we were able to stop the wire transfer and receive a check for our proceeds. This could have been disastrous if the wire had been sent to a fraudulent recipient.

***Beware of this lawyer office*** I was hoping I didn't need to do this and they would do the right thing. I closed on the sale of my house 3/26/2020. The buyers/realtor used this office to process the closing of sale. This process should make sure all liens and payments are paid promptly to clear the sale. This did not happen with this firm... Will explain A year later this year the HUD contacted myself and the new owners of unpaid lien amount of 10,000.00. The law offices of Aaron B Anderson sent HUD 53,000.00 total and was short now finding out, per HUD only way to pay short would be to not check with them on amount or make a mistake in payouts. As the writing of this review Courtney Hampton who answers phones and Aaron B Anderson himself refuses to clear lien and their malpractice through Title Insurance which the buyers have purchased through their firm...for issues like this. Their mistake has resulted in 2 families being impacted and the only mistake we did was to trust their office to process the closing properly. Steer clear of this office!!!!! If your realtor wants to use them to close a house...decline quickly!!! There is a chance there will be issues, and I'm not the only person reviewed here saying the same thing

Courtney Hampton has been a life saver for my clients. She takes ample time tending to their needs on the phone, after hours, and all the while keeping communications with the opposing party to ensure closings that are properly done and on time. If you want as little stress as possible delivered by a professional team I would absolutely recommend Aaron and Courtney for any and all Real Estate needs.

Terrible service! The buyer selected this lawyer, his personal friend. I found Courtney to be bossy, rude, arrogant, unprofessional, non-diligent, uncaring, and quick to wash her hands of any responsibility for her failure to promptly carry out her duties. Did not provide seller disclosure of settlement costs until less than 2 hours prior to closing. Failed to promptly submit closing documents to recording registry, resulting in inexcusable and avoidable additional costs to seller including extended interest on mortgage, extended homeowner insurance premiums, and loss of interest on delayed delivery of proceeds funds. Failed to update seller on status of closing after signing. Did not expedite pickup by courier of late issued checks to seller and seller's mortgage lender. Loan payoff check and seller proceeds check did not leave attorney office until more than 27 hours after buyer signed closing documents; proceeds from sale not received until almost 48 hours after closing documents signed.

At the suggestion of my realtor, I used this law firm and specifically, Courtney. For me, terrible interaction / experience. I had to follow up for my property deed then had to make repeated calls for my title policy. I'm still waiting for title policy after 2 months!!! This is lousy client servicing. I do not recommend this firm for anything!
