Rita helped me prepare both my divorce and a subsequent custody court issue. The divorce was granted to me with everything I wanted AND more. The custody case was an emergency issue. (Ex found themselves an abusive partner...) Rita drilled a hole in her schedule to get the emergency family court appearance filed and on the docket. And, once again, the court granted me everything I asked for and more. As far as family law goes, Rita is my "go to" attorney. Period. Quality services. Great communication. Reasonable costs.

I want to start by stating I have not personally used this law firm, however my best friend has, and I am currently going through a divorce. First and foremost she way over charges her clients! Worst of all she tried to charge my friend almost $100 dollars for listening to voicemails from her ex husband! Before anyone jumps to conclusions, no my friend did not ask her ex to call, nor can she control her ex husband's actions! Seriously DeSoto? That is unethical! Divorces can be complicated, especially with children, but you do not need to be screwed over while going through this painful, stressful process. Try Affordable Arizona Divorce instead, it'll save you thousands of dollars!

Rita is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that she works the devils advocate side of my case to help me understand the whole picture. I really don't think I could have found a better family lawyer to handle such an important case.

Very Rude and Disrespectful. Called to ask her a simple question and was extremely rude and starting yelling at me. DO NOT Recommend at all. GO somewhere else.
