Very impressive law firm. Mr. Abbot represented my husband in, unfortunately, the 3rd time back to court in 12 years for his ex wife's non compliance. The first 2 were for her denying visitation until his son decided to come live with us. His ex now owes over 30k in back child support and medical expenses. Mr. Abbott was thorough and was able to impart on the Judge that his ex wife never had any intention of paying child support but had no problem accepting it for 14years prior. He asked for attorneys fees, child support and half of the dental bills which were all awarded. Thank you Mr. Abbott! I have witnessed years of my husband being the "bad guy" from state child support officials and never getting anything accomplished. I'm glad he never gave up and continued to fight for a relationship with his son. I think too many father's give up because no one is on their side. Mr. Abbott will fight for your rights. Trust him!

FIRST OFF...being in court is one of the scariest and hardest times to deal with and we never know what an Attorney will provide for the case or they will just give you a line to get paid...however for BJ....it is not the case....HE BLEW ME AWAY WITH HIS SERVICE. HE WAS PREPARED AND HE DOES NOT MESS AROUND ....HE WANTS WHATS BEST FOR HIS CLIENTS(.) I go to court expecting the worse and hoping for the best for my Child...not myself. I have read other reviews and not sure what happened but I can tell you, I also waS prepared... its on us to to assist the Attorneys to give them PROOF to fight with not just words... He wad honest and his upfront...business. I haven't received the verdict yet but no matter what he did an amazing job. This law firm took a $2500 retainer and could never get the job done. A simple, agreeable divorce. The draft agreements were cheap boilerplate with so many errors. When I asked for a rewrite, BJ Abbott dropped me like a hot potato. The next attorney I saw said that he is known for just that thing - charges a client, starts the process, then but never finishing the work. Avoid this firm-save your money and go elsewhere.
