I have the highest regard and respect for this attorney and I am probably the only person that can say that I have been on both sides of the fence with Mr Feinberg. I’ve been in litigation where he was against me and I am currently having him represent my wife in family court because I have the highest regard for him as a lawyer and as a person. He is level headed and never goes into the mud slinging and nastiness that unfortunately has become way to prevalent in Family Court. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. My estranged wife contacted Richard Feinberg to move our divorce forward. She fired him a few days later for sending me a nasty antagonistic letter that was not directed by her. If you are working out a amicable divorce don't let this guy destroy those hopes.

If your looking for a lawyer that insults you, disrespects you, takes personnel calls during consultations (and doesn't refund that time), doesn't care for questioning his advice, charges you for the receipt of his retainer fee and verbally telling you he has to protect his reputation then Mr Feinberg is the lawyer you. I had to replace Mr Feinberg for disrespecting me one two many times.
