BEWARE!!! Darrell Sedgwick works for this firm and if I could give him zero stars I would. I was a friend Of Patrick Barbary who retired. I loved Patrick. I’m amazed that Mr. Sedgewick was at his firm. Poor Patrick. I’ve called and vented. LOL Mr. Sedgewick represented a friend of mine for $2,000 for a Felony “Burglary of a Conveyance” charge. My friend had SEVERE mental health problems. 10 Circles of Care commitments in as many months. I had to have him trespassed (A formality he was welcome back) and the police thought he should walk to his grandma’s. So I wouldn’t “enable” him with ride. Dumb idea. I’m a fool for listening. He entered an unlocked car and took some meaningless “documents”. He had to leave my house because he kept insisting I was hiding his “documents” from him. There were no “documents”! I had money and didn’t jump and a Public Defender got him 2 years probation. That was my time to act. I BADLY FAILED MY FRIEND. No mention of mental health issues. Nothing. Belatedly, I saw Danny badly needed paid counsel, and I hired Sedgwick for his very predictable VOP, and Mr. Sedgwick was worse than nobody. Danny got 5 years. NO MENTION OF SEVERE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. Sedgwick was mute in court as the prosecutor ranted. Totally worthless in a case with “mitigating circumstances” written all over it. He’s a “Conflict Counsel” who gets cases from the Public Defender’s office. FRIENDS OF MINE HAVE SAID HE CAN’T REMEMBER DETAILS OF THEIR CASES. THEY GIVE HIM AN F-.

Amazing lawyer. No one was taking my case due complications with car insurance. They took my case and updated me Often !! I moved 175 miles away and they still took care of it with communication by phone and mail. Very nice and friendly office staff. If I ever need a lawyer again I would give them a call. Never got to write a review but my case was settled over a year ago.
