The receptionist listened to my voicemail, paid attention to the case information I gave her, and made sure to call me back to offer a consultation. I’ve talked with a lot of firms and I know nice from not nice. They are nice. I think they will help you if they can. Call them up! They told me the consult would only be $100 and were flexible with scheduling. I’m good to go however, you get in there! :)

I made the mistake of using this greedy law firm and getting strung along by Molly for 8 months and i just became the cash cow that they could milk out of free VA gov. Money from a grant set up to help Vietnam veterans, not only did they do-nothing but string me along they did nothing to help me ,yet they billed the VA God only knows How much ,when I asked for a copy of the bill so I could dispute it with the VA they would not send me a copy of the bill or where they sent it Noah would not give me that information, please avoid this heartless lawfirm money is there only god ,,I had a right to see the bill not showing it to me is proof of there hiding the fraudulent act of there misdeeds ,i,ll find the bill somehow sending letters out for help truly , ripped off , Jeffrey smith

I found Access the Law on google, and happened to have my case assigned to Sarah, and I am SO thankful it turned out that way. It took some time due to the opposing party putting up a fight, but in the end I won. For me, that means my daughter has a better schedule, better quality of life, and I have Sole Custody. There are other details that went my way as well, such as the child support etc. Sarah really listened to me and heard my concerns. She provided direction in the beginning when I was so scared to start things up. She always showed up and responded as quickly as she could to my many questions via email, and because of her hard work, my life and more importantly, my daughters life, have changed for the better. I’m full of gratitude and would highly recommend Sarah Saul for your legal needs.

I feel like I paid $50 to be ignored and condescended to by Marie Desmond. The call that I got after I decided not to retain was just as bad. They have no idea how to talk to trans people or trauma survivors. The exception was the person who did my intake, who seemed great.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, dismissive... some adjectives that come to mind for this law firm. Do yourself a HUGE favor and take your case elsewhere (especially you underserved folks that this place claims to help). They serve Oregon State University via ASOSU Student Legal Services. Consulted with them at various points throughout my years as an OSU student. I had some landlord/tenant issues & even a discrimination/harassment case once. Every single time I was disappointed. I had the displeasure of working with Amanda H. and Noah C. You get what you pay for? Moral of the story for me. Good riddance!
