Ron Ackerman is the best attorney I have ever known. He picks up the phone at your beckon call-- answers your emails immediately and is a strong advocate for you if you are a Federal employee. I have referred him to every Federal employee I know because he has won every case where I am employed He is so well-respected by leadership as well. He is well- known by all staff. I am glad I was able to count on him to be my advocate. You can do no better!!

Lack of knowledge and nasty attitude. If you are considering him, don't. Regardless of the strength of my father's case, I would have appreciated more professionalism and less arrogance. As someone who works at a law firm and firmly understands that not every case is a case, but any client is a client, I strive for a positive attitude and some semblance of kindness. Too bad this attorney lacks both. A real shame. Edit: My father has been a USDA employee for over 20 years. Last I checked the United States Department of Agriculture is federal. This buffoon doesn't even keep track of his cases well. Get someone else before you spend your money on a clown.
