I wish I could give them Negative ratings or Zero stars. I have never come across with such a unprofessional and idiotic people in my life. I got their reference from one of my friend. I need to consult with them about my case. First of all their number was not reachable which was on their business card, surprisingly. I found their website and some numbers over their and tried few of them. And finally got connected to some lady. I asked her to schedule an appointment for me, and she said she will check with them for next day appointment meanwhile she offered me another number where i can reach for help if in case she doesn’t respond, totally agree. Okay, now i called on that number which went unanswered twice. Then i got a call back from tgat number. The guy other side of the call was Sagar. I asked him to schedule an appointment and he said he will check for next week appointment and i told him that i was told that I could get an appointment for next day by that lady. And he said no no, we don’t have time, and I don’t know to whom you have talked. I was wondering that these people have no communication with each other. He offered a telephonic consultation and i said hiw would i pay your fee and he said we don’t charge for consultation. I was like really, couldn’t believe in first place. I appreciated their gesture. Anyways i was told by that guy Sagar that he will check and get back to me and hang up without listening me. Alright, I waited for his call for rest of the day but haven’t received any call. Even next day I haven’t hear anything from him. Finally i called him and he didn’t pick up my call as usual. Then he texted me back and asked me to call on Monday by 4 pm as his senior is not available today. Fine. I texted him around 3:30 pm on Monday to confirm the telephonic appointment and he didn’t reply. Then i called him at 4 pm and he didn’t pick up my call. I tried one more time and he texted me that can he call me later….wowwwwww. I mean i have no words for these people. How you can be so unprofessional and disrespectful. You don’t value people’s time. If you are not capable enough to advise people then please say NO, period. Such a waste of time.
