Reviews

Frustrating experience. Mr. Trigg has been "working" on our case since 2018. Does not return calls or answer emails. Gives an occasional update, but then nothing from him.
I used Eric E a d As my divorce attorney. He did an awful job. A big time talker with with little results. I would not recommend him. He quit in the middle of my cace.Find a different attorney he he will.Do you know good
Overall, Steve and his staff did a fair job of closing on my father's home. It wasn't a smooth ride, but also wasn't totally on Steve and his office. I've purchased and closed on 9 homes in my lifetime. This was very slow and tedious by comparison, especially for an auction sale with no inspections to deal with. Our attorney, Mr. Steve Miller has had the title work for 2 weeks now, yet we can't get a closing date. There are zero excuses for not having closed on this property. The property was sold as is, where is, and the bidders were required to have their funds sorted out ahead of time. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. However, the bulk of the blame for this falls on the auctioneer for misleading us regarding bidders' requirements. About five minutes after initially leaving this review, the attorney called me (after hours, impressive!). We now have a closing date of December 29th, a full 4 1/2 weeks after the auction though. The reason I was given for the closing being delayed was basically that it was the lender, and holidays. Steve, and his legal secretary did a fine job, and Steve was great about accommodating my dad (stroke victim). Communication is the biggest reason for missing 5 stars. All too often (I called about 5-6 times over the course of the 4 1/2 weeks.), I was told they were busy, and someone would call me back. Sometimes they did, sometimes they didn't.
Jared always provides professional support, explains terms and processes clearly, and displays a genuine caring attitude. The office staff is friendly and responds promptly to general questions with timely feedback as necessary.
I cannot give this place a good review. I've spend the last 3 years tryin to get better time with my kids and spent the last year trying to get my child support lowered. Neither have been done. I pay almost 70% of my paycheck towards child support each week because of eric eves which in the end made it to where I can't pay my bills including his office. I explained to him multiple times they were takin to much I even brought my w2s and check stubs and nothing got done. When I finally got mad and said something about it he let's me know he no longer wants to represent me. So because of him they have to get 1 star.
