6/22/23 Adam made an appointment with my brother that he kept today. It was a 5-10 minute video visit and just to tell him one the Ethics committee wants Adam to get off the case due to the reviews & two that my brothers bond was rejected before Adam had time to pull him out for his bond hearing which was why he didn’t get him. Lastly that my brother is his client, not me or his family. Which is accurate. However in jail the client only has access to speak to family about what’s occurring or occurred. Which we in turn speak for our family member. 6/14/23 scheduled a meeting, had his client pulled out for the meeting to review questions from a prior meeting and left the client waiting and Adam didn’t even show up for the meeting he the attorney scheduled through the jail. 6/3/23 made multiple attempts to contact. No response. My brother was promised a meeting with his file in from of his Adam for this one and still no contact. My brother emailed and I was told it comes across like a spam so the attorney was sure who it was and didn’t read or respond. I’m guessing anyone in jail can’t connect because although they have the ability to it shows up spam like. Idk. We were told the DA needs to approve a meeting with one of the officers and found that is actually not the case. I was hoping results would be better than this by now. Let’s see if it gets better soon. 5/26/23 currently we seem to be back to lack of communication and follow through. Being told things are required in order to set up requested meetings that are not. I hope it gets better. It felt like it was for a bit. Going back to my one star at this point. I understand on some levels attorney’s hands are tied but not on all and to avoid doing something it shouldn’t be advised it’s for a reason it is not. Still in hopes we can get this knocked out of the park and get to that 5 star. But right now it seems to be very uncertain. 5/9/23 Adam has been working hard recently to speak with my brother his client and explain things. He is also getting him contacted with the officers to be able to speak and will be there representing him. Adam has started to really put his best efforts in! 2 to a 3 & praying we can get it up before it’s over to an All Star ?? 4/23/23 I changed the 1 star to a 2 star as Adam has been much more responsive and following through on his word to communicate. We are working with him and hoping he proves to be a fighter and will update the progress of the case. An attorney is as good as his fight for you! 5/1/23 sent multiple messages, emailed the DA and the CID to make contact. Asked questions and am back to no response. 4/22/23 I’m not sure how any attorney can properly and fairly defend their client with absolutely no communication. No return calls, text, emails to the client or one trying to communicate on behalf of the client due to the client being unable to. Not even a simple response or meeting set up to meet their client. Completely unprofessional and causes concern as to if the client will be fairly n properly represented. Every client represented leaders to or away from another client. One may need representation given from the courts due to their specific financial abilities at the time but by representing all the same the next client it leads to can be one who doesn’t need to have financial help. They all should be given the same representation, fight and communication. So far in the last few weeks, it’s felt as attorney Gober just didn’t care and that’s concerning.

Have contacted multiple times with no response or reply via emails and phone calls (voice mail is always full) good luck to you if you have this type of representation for anything.

Adam Gober is a great guy. I strongly recommend him to anybody in need of a skilled trial lawyer.
