Tom is awesome

I had an incredibly disappointing experience working with Thomas Ziegler, a partner at Frost Brown Todd, following the passing of my father. My brother referred us to him through a family friend, and while he seemed helpful initially, his responsiveness and professionalism quickly deteriorated. After a few weeks of working together, Tom became completely unresponsive. My emails would go unanswered for weeks, despite my persistent follow-ups. The only way to get a response from him was for my younger brother to call him on my behalf—an absurd dynamic considering I was the client, not my brother. This behavior felt blatantly dismissive and, frankly, sexist, as Tom refused to communicate with me directly unless prompted by a male family member. To make matters worse, during one of the rare occasions he responded to my brother, Tom casually mentioned he was too busy with a case worth “hundreds of millions of dollars” to focus on ours. This level of arrogance and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially during such a difficult and sensitive time for my family. Ultimately, I chose to terminate our working relationship, as Tom’s behavior added unnecessary stress to what was already one of the most painful periods of my life. His dismissive attitude, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism reflect poorly on both him and Frost Brown Todd. I cannot recommend his services to anyone in need of competent and respectful legal support.
