Don't have a lot of experience in the probate arena, but we purchased an asset from an estate and it took months to get the documents straightened out. They were actively involved in getting it sorted out, and at times had to wait on 3rd parties for weeks. In some instances we did not receive timely responses, but considering the circumstances, it was not unreasonable. After months of back and forth, we finally got it resolved. They went above and beyond and did what was necessary to get the issues resolved. The overall experience was positive and we would work with their firm again.
The Adrian Thomas firm is very unprofessional and will scam thousands of dollars from you. Adrian will fast talk you with a ton of lies to lure you into the trap. Then he will turn you over to one of his incompetent paralegals who will not return calls, emails and leave you in the dark. We had the pleasure of dealing with Michele Carbone. Michele has zero communication skills. She was ill informed, did not do any research or review documents sent to her, and had no knowledge of the legal system. She was clueless. I did more research on our case and did more on my end. I literally knew more than she did. After paying this firm thousands of dollars our case was worse than it was when we started with them. They made a huge mess out of a small easy probate case. They were dragging it out and charging for their mistakes and incompetency. They had Client portals for share files that they never even used. Nothing except our signed Agreement with the firm was ever put in our share file. I finally decided I didn’t want to continue to throw money away without any results any longer and I fired Adrian over the phone. He tried to make a lame deal to keep me as a client. Sad. Tried to use his fast talking on me again. I wasn’t falling for it a second time. Not sure how these people sleep at night. Adrian is a fast talking , full of himself unprofessional, that is not truthful and can’t give a straight answer about anything. Don’t get roped in by this firm and don’t get fooled by the 5 Star reviews. Lastly, they don’t care about you. Don’t fall prey and make the same mistake I did. I’m writing this to hopefully help just one person make a better decision than I did. Find another attorney. Find one who is knowledgeable, cares, and will honestly work in your best interest. Because Adrian Thomas is not that Attorney nor Firm.
Adrian Thomas and his law firm were wonderful to work with! Adrian was very responsive and knowledgeable from the beginning. I can't say enough great things about his team, especially Dan McGowan. He was always professional, honest, knowledgeable and kept us informed with a great attitude. I recommend Adrian and his firm to anyone with trust litigation cases. We couldn't have made it without them!
Adrian and Dan McGowan are a powerhouse of a team. Together, the two resolved our case quickly and professionally. The team kept us updated through all steps of the process. We are incredibly satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
All I can say is, these are the kind of attorneys that make you never want to trust a lawyer again! All hype and no action. This guy is totally full of himself. His paralegal assistant was rude and disrespectful and left us hanging when we would inquire about the status of things. Big waste of time and money! Finally fired him and moved on. One star is way too much for this so called lawfirm.
