Our boutique law firm is a husband-wife firm run by attorneys Dealal Ahmed and Cesar Gonzalez.

Dealal Ahmed, Esq.,  is one of the Partners of Ahmed and Gonzalez, a boutique-style Husband and Wife general practice firm headquartered in New York City, New York. As a first-generation American of immigrant parents, Attorney Ahmed understands the personal difficulties of immigration. Her practice focuses on Family based immigration to the United States. She has provided guidance to hundreds of clients from preparing the petition until their eventual entry into the United States. Attorney Ahmed also provides legal representation for Asylum and all types of deportation/removal cases.
 
She has successfully handled thousands of  green cards petitions obtained through marriage and family relationship. She has also successfully handled maters stemming from U-Visa immigrants; Fiancée; Guardianship; International Adoption; and student visas. She has also successfully extended tourist visas.
 
 Attorney Ahmed also provides support to individuals either detained or at liberty faced with deportation or removal proceedings before Immigration Courts throughout the United States. Attorney Ahmed is fluent in Spanish and Arabic.


With more than 30 years of litigation and appellate experience as both a former New York City homicide prosecutor and defense attorney,  Mr. Gonzalez has served as lead counsel on more than two hundred trials on charges ranging from murder, manslaughter, vehicular homicides, armed robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, drug distribution, rape, child molestation, child pornography, rape and aggravated sexual offenses,  grand larceny, embezzlement and fraud.  Mr. Gonzalez is also an accomplished civil litigator having appeared in State and Federal courts throughout New York State.
