I did not directly use this law firm, but my 88 year old grandmother who had dementia did. This firm allowed her to provide false documentation on her medical condition even though I already had letters from doctors stating she was no longer capable to make decisions on her own. They allowed a non-blood relative to speak on her behalf and when my grandma was hospitalized in April I reached out as we had none of the documentation needed. They never responded. When my grandma passed in June I called requesting copies of the documents they had created for my grandma that involved me directly, I got the runaround every single time. It wasn't until I called daily for two weeks that I finally spoke to Stephan Pruss. He was arrogant, unkind, dismissive, and had no compassion at all for the loss of my grandmother. When I questioned him about the legality of this "new trust" he curated for my dementia-laden grandma he had no remorse or apology to offer. He was rude and dismissive and it was very clear that he didn't care, they had the money in the bank. He did not share the legal documents that contain my name with me instead he passed me on to someone I have never heard of and said this individual would be who took care of everything. When I asked if my grandma knew this person or ever met thisbperson he said no. So basically they didn't care that they were making a bite mare for myself and my family because they got paid. I think this law firm is a perfect example of sleazy lawyers and I would recommend that you stay far away from them if they want a professional law firm that cares about those involved.
