I called in desperate need of help after undergoing extreme trauma. The woman on the other end was brusk, unfeeling and would barely let me get a word in. When I tried to explain what happened, she cut me off and said: " You asked a question, and I'm TRYING to answer it! " What? If this is how you are treated on the phone, I cannot imagine working with them. Devastating to be treated this way after what I had gone through.
