"Tried to call and set up an intake interview. The girl that answered the phone was so rude. Left me on hold 18 min, then when she was asking questions, She asked what was my past position. I advised her that I was still currently employed at the same position. Her response was to mutter "what the f@*&" under her breath. I hung up. If this is who they have answering their phones, I can only imagine what the attorneys are like !!!"
