I recommend "Wes" to anyone who wants a brilliant and effective attorney. Against the odds, he won both a personal injury case AND a medical malpractice case for me--yes, both. 1) A reckless driver backed into me full speed and broke my arm. My prior attorney, a fancy "Super Lawyer", botched up so badly that 3 witnesses, including a cop not on the scene, said that I ran into the other car. Wes recovered the 911 tape, turned the case around, and got damages awarded to me. 2) Malpractice cases are almost never won. But I was damaged by a quack doctor, who I sued for moral reasons. The pre-trial medical committee found unanimously in my favor, something that I'm told never happens. Then Wes got a settlement. Yes, these were very different cases, and Wes won them both.
