TERRIBLE lawyers at this firm. Adam Baker was “very confident” we would win my case and the time and money spent with him wasn’t worth it. I’m a single mother of two and the situation I ended up in with my 7 year old didn’t make me a satisfied customer, I do not recommend this law firm at all. You will be wasting your TIME and money.
I had Jason Baker represent me in my divorce. I had previously retained the other family members so I had an history of doing business with the family. On a court hearing date Jason did not show up, due to the money. It was agreed I was to pay him on the court date. However, he was a No Show until I called him then he came, got his money and was really nonchalant about the case, like he was forced to be there. Luckily my case had an continuance, I should have got another divorce attorney then but I was deep into the case, I could have represented myself after listening to the few words he stated on my behalf. It was like he was working for the opposing attorney. But there was clear concise words about the Final Bill, which I had to hand to him before the trial began. If you are going through a divorce don't use Baker, Baker, & Baker LLC..
Adam Baker helped me through a difficult time and helped me save my house. Martin Baker is a quality lawyer and is a very understandable person when family is involved. Adam and Martin are quality lawyers that truly do care about you. Excellent work.
I hired Martin Baker to represent me in a civil protection order where I was the defendant, and this case should have been thrown out due to all of the holes in the story. During the consultation Martin laughed about how ridiculous it was and how it didn’t make any sense on what the other party was doing. At this time I put down my retainer fee which was 3 1/3 hours of his time. Come court date it seemed like everything changed once he knew who the plaintiff hired for their attorney. Martin even came out to say “well they hired a good attorney”. He was then coming across as very intimidated by their attorney that he did not argue my case but instead went along with whatever their attorney suggested to him. The temporary agreement that was initially brought to me had very little to do with the case, and absolutely nothing to do with me or the protection order. Not to mention it was a very long term and not guaranteed solution to the case. When I had questioned Martin with that, it was like a lightbulb went off and he then went back to their attorney with the slight change that I had come up with. The whole time during this, my side of the story did not come up in the arguments as Martin seemed to just want to please the other attorney. On top of all of this after the court date when I fired him, he did not refund me any of the money, even though I only worked with him for an hour and half. He is the biggest waste of money and I would not recommend anyone hiring him unless you are looking for a long drawn out case and no one fighting for you through it.
My experience at Baker, Baker & Baker LLC could not have been better. I was going through tough times financially and the attorneys at this law firm sucessfully filed and completed a bankruptcy for my family. We got the fresh start that we desperately needed and I can't thank Baker, Baker & Baker LLC enough for their excellent, professional legal services! I would for sure hire this law firm again! Thanks for the kind response. I recommend your law firm to all my family and friends and anyone with legal representation needs in Northeast Ohio.
