Dr. Gross and his staff are very kind and approachable. You would not think to look twice at the building where they practice; but, the comfort and attention you get inside is absolutely top rate. I was born with a cleft lip and palate—as they examined the x-rays they took on my first visit, I felt like a total rock star. They had many questions and seemed genuinely interested in my dental history. Dr. Gross even guessed correctly at the name of my craniofacial surgeon (who performed my last operation almost 2 decades ago). That proves he is well acquainted with the medical community in DFW. It also gives me confidence that he will give me several years of superb dental care.

The entire hygienist staff is very wonderful and comforting. Everybody in that building makes it easier to "have to go to the dentist". Dr. Gross definitely does not overcharge either like most of the chain dentistry practices that are more common. Very great experience.

Doctor Gross and his staff are absolutely amazing. Very kind, friendly, and patient. I was always terrified of going to the dentist until I found their clinic. They do very thorough work and make sure you are comfortable during various kinds of work. They truly care about the wellbeing of their patients, not just for what's in their wallets. They go above and beyond in their work and I am truly grateful. 11/10 would recommend time and time again.

I just love Dr Gross and his whole staff! They are super sweet and always so friendly! They take extra care and are always making sure I am okay. I was always so fearful of the dentist.
