Alan Ripka is awful. I signed a retainer with him thinking he would help me after an awful accident I was in, and he did absolutely nothing although he agreed to represent me. Gave me no advice, never even interviewed me to see how I had been injured or what I had lost due to the accident. Worse than that, he sent me to a doctor (citimed) during covid and they didn't take temperatures or wear masks. He put my health in jeopardy and traumatized me. I saw cockroaches in the corners of every room. He failed to get the surveillance video of my accident, refused to take any phone calls with me until I threatened him with a lawsuit, then when I confronted him with the way he mishandled my case he lied to my face saying he had given me advice that he never did. He contradicts himself as he speaks, lies straight to your face, has no filing system so will request the same records from you time and time again. The secretaries and paralegals are unprofessional. The one time I had a meeting with him, planned for weeks in advance, he scheduled another meeting over zoom at the same time and had me sit in on it after making time to go to his office and see him. Entitled, rude, negligent, disrespectful. He made a traumatizing incident so much worse and more stressful.
