Poor...poor poor can't stress poor enough..you have to listen to a entire recording to get to reception then no one pick up and mail box is full...epic fail. Poor.

Closing company (mortgage connect) choose to deal with this law firm. To say the lease we almost had to redo our mortgage loan because we thought it'd be quicker. If Mortgage Connect deals with them, they're probably a sub 2 star company.

You won't realize how inept and incompetent Albertelli Law (and its associated company Brightline Title) is until years later. So be aware of the recent good reviews. I hired Albertelli Law as a Title Company to close a property I purchased in Tamarac, Florida in 2010. I hired them to ensure clear title and no liens on the property. In 2021, I sold the property and a different Title company found that there was a lien on the property since 2009! When I contacted Albertelli Law to address the liened water bill, they stopped returning my calls. There are many Title companies that ensure clear title and no liens. Albertelli Law and Brightline Title is not one of them.
