Mr Rutter was the Guardian Ad Litem in my child custody case. He didn't do his due diligence in trying to see what was the best situation for my son. There was critical information in the case that was presented to him that he either neglected to view or didn't deem serious enough to change his stance. Luckily, my attorney was able to convince the judge to go against his recommendations. Would not recommend.

After looking at his reviews I was kinda scared! With being said I had mediation this past week and he was very FAIR! Worked very hard, and for a difficult custody case I was pleased! Thank you Mr. Rutter

Mr. Rutter has a history of making bias decisions regarding the children in his cases. He is very one sided and has the wrong motive.

The results of his "recommendation" cost me my son! Now my son is yet again with 2 drunks.......clearly not the best place for a child!
