Our experience with Alfred French was not good at all. Unfortunately we hired him at a bad time in his life where he was not focused on our case due to some personal issues he had going on. To reach him was like pulling teeth and unfortunately the ball was dropped more than once with our case, delaying our submittal by seven months. We gave him a second chance and still were not able to communicate with him whenever we had questions. Phone calls, emails, random visits to his office were not sufficient to reach him. If you call him, expect both voicemails to be full and no return call. Please ask the right questions if you are thinking of hiring him. Disappointment is my best one worded description for his service.
